Payment
Payment is required in full with credit card at the time of reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellations received 14 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $30 handling fee. Cancellations received within 7 to 13 days will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 6 days of reservation.
Check-in
Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Only registered guests, please. All guests must be 18 or older.

*Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include state & local taxes. Some suites accommodate up to 4 adults—add $50 per additional person on Octoberfest weekends, $25 per person other times of the year.
